AAA Midwest Laundry Equipment Company Policies

We would like to thank you for considering a purchase with us, we certainly hope you find our services satisfactory.

Items sold in the continental united states only.

Shipping Insurance: Not offered
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX through PayPal all sales final.
Email instructions will be sent once payment has been received.
Sales tax added to all items shipped to a Nebraska address.


The carrier is responsible for all damage in transit. Inspect your shipments closely and make a notation of any visible abuse on the way bill, shipping document, or freight bill before signing it. Carriers will attempt to deny or reduce payments made on claims that do not have the proper notation on the delivery document. Inspect all shipments for concealed damage within seven days. The carrier must be notified within ten days of delivery on any damage claim, concealed or otherwise.


Heavy or oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. Due to their size and weight, these items cost more to deliver than other items. Some of these oversize items must be delivered by motor freight. You may need to make arrangements for help to get oversize items inside since some motor freight carriers supply tail gate delivery only.


To return items please call our toll free number 800.374.9274 and arrange for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned to AAA Midwest without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender. When we receive your return item we will process the item and issue a credit to the credit card/PayPal account used for the original purchase. We’re sorry, but we can’t refund shipping and handling costs unless the return is due to an error we made.  No return or refund after 45 days from order date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.

Certain custom items are not returnable: Folding tables, seating units, benches, tables, and parts that have been installed or damaged.

Product Availability

AAA Midwest does its best to have items in stock. However, due to delays in shipping, manufacturing and production, every item is not in stock all the time. We cannot confirm availability until you place your order. As a general rule, everything we have in stock ships out within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Certain items that are custom made or fabricated (folding tables, seating units and etc.) may take approximately 14 to 21 days for delivery.  


Your purchase is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Please CONTACT US if you need help replacing any part covered under warranty.

Standard shipping is added to every purchase and applies to deliveries to commercial addresses.  For deliveries to residential addresses there are extra charges that will need to be added after placing your order.  If you would like to find out what these charges are before ordering please call 1-800-374-9274.  Otherwise we will send a PayPal invoice payable before processing the order.
